What's new?

Onboarding365 now validates that the Bank Routing Number and Bank Account Number entered during the direct deposit step are not identical. If a candidate enters the same value in both fields, an inline error message is displayed and they are prevented from advancing until the values are corrected. This validation applies on both desktop and mobile.

Why does it matter?

Candidates receive clear, immediate guidance if their banking information is entered incorrectly, reducing the risk of payment errors. Accurate direct deposit information means candidates get paid correctly and on time. The validation works across all direct deposit account sections, ensuring consistent data quality throughout the onboarding process.
